Day Zero — The baseline yap
Week 1 — Learn to hear yourself
Days 1–7
Deliberately unglamorous. You record raw, unedited speech and learn to diagnose it. No posting, no audience — just the gap between what you think you sound like and what the microphone actually got.
“You are not allowed to be interesting yet. You are only allowed to be audible.”
Week 2 — Build the instrument
Days 8–14
Week one gave you clean audio. Week two gives it something to say: the rant, the story, the callback, the confession — and the range to shift between them without losing the thread.
“Structure is not a cage. It is the reason the turn lands.”
Week 3 — Voice, velocity, ship it
Days 15–21
Skill becomes output. A camera, a clock and a consequence on everything: an energy floor, a compression pass, a one-take monologue, a live recovery, a format you can run as a series.
“Nobody is watching for perfection. They are watching for conviction.”
